A few years back As't and I had a similar discussion on de-centralization: I believe I posted back then that all we individual citizens needed to eradicate the parasites from our lives is trust. One of the ways to express trust in each other is turning those considered as consumers into owners and vice versa. Trusting in ones neighbor eliminates a host of costs associated with maintaining a business, cost that prop up and expand government bureaucracy and corporate pillaging and pilfering; and at the other end promotes the safety and viability of our products.
