How many of those folks(For/Against)who showed up at the former site of the World Trade Center last weekend are aware of this little bill? Why is it so easy to get folks to rally around a non-issue, when the stuff that impacts their lives the most just keeps on slipping and sliding through both legislative houses without so much as a peep.
