You refer to a book ("Kabbalah Unveiled") and thereby it's author, Samuel Liddell "MacGregor" Mathers who is an occultist and co-founder of the obscure (Order of the) Golden Dawn, with members like H.P. Blavatsky and Aleister Crowley.

The works of these people have nothing to do with Torah-based (kosher) Kabbalah. I really shouldn't take their works as part of any "Rasta scienz", as it's a total Babylonian mix-up.
