In case any1 reads this article and thinks that because the 60 plus other allegations of brutality were "unsubstantiated" that means they were actually independently investigated and found not to be based on any concrete evidence... it doesn't. What it means is the police officer has answered "no comment" to all questions about the accusation, and further action cannot proceed without their testimony. Simple as that- them's the rules.
