Yeah he has the power but what makes you think he's going to use it?
Better not to raise false hopes. By all means try to pressure Obama to do the right thing but as you done know Obama ain't exactly Radio Raheem.
Efforts should be concentrated on pressuring for a new trial and keeping the spotlight on the case such that they can't get away with having a new trial that's just like the old one (which is the danger there)...
