interesting how the title of your post is "working for change," because that seems to be how the debate is framed, the right of "illegal" poor people to work for pennies. the debate needs to move out of the realm of immigrants fighting for their right to "work for change." there is a greater problem that is not being addressed. if there is not a common movement between workers in the Americas to challenge corporate interests who exploit the "race to the bottom," they will win in this situation no matter what. whether the channels are legal or illegal, cheap labor will be guaranteed.
