African Roots Stretch Deep into Mexico
In Response To: Help me overstand!!! ()

There are Black African Mexicans who are struggling among the largely mixed-race Mexican community. Some of them are exploring their relationship with the larger Black African community. Our input in this Mexican struggle should start with the Black African Mexicans.

Some articles:

I would suggest that Black African Americans not hang their hopes on doing what many consider low end jobs, but they learn and develop industries that generate economic and other opportunities for their communities. Much can be done with the spending power of Black Americans if only more of them wake up. I am certainly not pounding down those who are now satisfying some cravings, but if they expose the wastage and challenge the bling bling industry, maybe more Blacks Africans would do better with that money.

As those 'low end' opportunities dry up for Black Africans many more would have to face the reality of their situation and maybe learn Black History towards developing themselves. If they are working out the issues they can develop in a way that challenges the system while opening up opportunities for other Black Africans.

Black Africans even under pressure are highly creative and resilient so let us keep spreading the education while setting better examples so more Black Africans and others can wake up to serve our common interests, and not just accept being servants of a system that does not respect them.

Black Africans have to continually challenge these wars among other ills that contribute to starving their communities of resources. They should also keep calling for reparations.
