raspek

i find it so funny that the only things that di i can say concerning rasta is hair,smoke,drink,food... like this is what the movement reemerged for. how can you say ras tafari and not deal wit what the bredrin and sistren ah deal wit that cause di i dem to haffi go back and shake up a already burnin fiyah. it wasnt no hair, smoke, drink, food dis i know and i dont know much. it was the conditions that bredrin and sistren were dealin wit. these conditions created marcus garvey and others who had a vision. when this vision revealed itself the rude bwoy(them just couldnt accept the fact of being downsized from king and queen to being piled into a small space and haffi go to the bathroom and then just be there all in it and thang, i&i civilized people. so captain knew the only way this boat can reach turtle island is we get these negroes(in the way they meant it) off these boats and drop them where they cant bother us. hmmm islands) inna jamaica accepted the most high's call to go over to that smoldering fire and shake it up. the same fire that spread world wide due to the conditions that go on continually. when i was growin up inna country old folk used to tell i "boy you dont even have no opinion you still got gristle no bones." i got bone now iya so in i honest opinion you should go away because all yu do iya is chat pure racism. unintentionally hopefully but racism still. jah will judge between sheep and sheep. you are so skillful in promoting everything that harms black people and then even brave enough to commit piracy and try to use it to defend your racist tactics. i have sighted u disrespect an elder who walked the walk when it wasnt hip. who trodded when the trod wasnt a slang word. who helped implement the traditions like the sed hair - drink - smoke - music - concepts - celebrations - rituals and thang that probably drew u to the black mans livity. the man who was instrumental in the implementing of the iyabingi language into the worlds pshyce. the man who said irie and ilaful when it was laughed at not used as tourism pitches. this an elder man who u disrespect in public for not knowing ras tafari cause you dont agree with something him ah say. you basicly in i opinion once you question the reason ones a call him elder is questioning ones credability. In Response To: Re: Ras Marcus on anti-race mixing (selassielive)

selassielive wrote" Adam, I dont overstand how you feel u can tell an elder who has been in the Ras Tafari trod longer than you have been on this earth, what Ras Tafari livity is about. "

age doesn't automatically make anyone an expert
on anything except staying alive. If my old late grandpa said something racist i would call him on it and if my rasta elder said something i thought
was racialist i would call him on it."

but then you turn around and call him name disrespectfully inna i opinion "Some smoke herbs daily, some like Marcus and I dont smoke. we are rasta still sed way. " (you dont sight rasta as an elder do you? if you dont then at least call him mr. marcus cause him your elder) for a credibility source. confusion. u know rasta from long time are focused people who dont par wit confusion. you put a whole lot of time in trying to prove why ras tafari should change their foundation to a more rainbow coalition type vibe since you cant feel that ila vibe of redemption. yea mon u do a wonderful job in saying i&i different because first you need some home trainin on how to act in public and how to stay out of black peoples business cause you dont have no opinion adam you still got gristle iya. the blak luv bone come from many years of experiencing what the world has to offer black peoples and surviving it via one people one aim one destiny. a black destiny of repatriation mentally first and formost importantly. then a physical one if the most high a call u deh. but most importantly mentally so that ones can sight the true beast and bun dem.

one blak luv

Old pirates, yes, they rob I;
Sold I to the merchant ships,
Minutes after they took I
From the bottomless pit.
But my hand was made strong
By the 'and of the Almighty.
We forward in this generation
Triumphantly.

pull up dat

Old pirates, yes, they rob I;
Sold I to the merchant ships,
Minutes after they took I
From the bottomless pit.
But my hand was made strong
By the 'and of the Almighty.
We forward in this generation
Triumphantly.
Won't you help to sing
These songs of freedom? -
'Cause all I ever have:
Redemption songs;
Redemption songs.

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery;
None but ourselves can free our minds.
Have no fear for atomic energy,
'Cause none of them can stop the time.
How long shall they kill our prophets,
While we stand aside and look? Ooh!
Some say it's just a part of it:
We've got to fullfil the book.

Won't you help to sing
These songs of freedom? -
'Cause all I ever have:
Redemption songs;
Redemption songs;
Redemption songs.

Wo! Have no fear for atomic energy,
'Cause none of them-a can-a stop-a the time.
How long shall they kill our prophets,
