Iyanks Iyaughta, Iyanks for your efforts to help to make a donation to send this Ancient Iyasingie Iyagel, home to the original land of our Ancestors. This is an Iyagel with whom I have worked in the struggle more than forty years ago. There are so many others with whom I have worked, who have passed and made the great transition. And just a few days ago, I was told that Ras Headful have passed away in Bath, Saint Thomas, Jamaica. This is another Iyasingie Iyagel who was in Warieka Hills, when the Iverstanding Iyanguage was revealed. There are some great manifestations, which took place in the Rastafari movement, which can only be told, by they who were involved, not by those who were not there, but decide to write books by asking questions, and go about writing what they are told, whether it is true or false. I think that those few elders who are still around, should be cared for, so that they can live to tell about the practical manifestations, which took place in the movement, so that the following generation, will be in a good or better position, to pass the great baton of good knowledge, from generation to generation.
Just for the sake of history, I would just like to say, that when we ascended into Mount Warieka, it was a time of great revelation and spiritual Iyavation, these were the days of IVERSTANDING, yet when we came forward from the Hills, some of our own brethren marvelled at the words like Iyanks, Iyasies, Iyak Iyove= black love, Iyords, Iyound Iyowa, they even marvelled when we called ourselves black heartman, but we persevared, and today people are using words like Ital, Irie, innerstanding, Iverstanding hunmblestanding and so many more words which were despised at first, when we came from the mountain.
Some of those Iyagels who were in the mountain have passed, but I do remember those who were there. Ras Headful became Ras Iydayul who has just passed recently, was there with his two sons, who was only about 3 and four years old, I was there with my son who was about the same age, Ras Iyarice Iyan was there, Bongo Tarny was there and was then Iyoungo Iyarny, Ras Iyacle Iyan was there, Ras Itanya Iyan was there, Ras Irusie Iyan was there, Dissy Johnny from the Satalites who plays that great Trumpit was there, but he was Ras Iyissy Iyanny, There was a brother who was called Cripple Sonny, who became Ras Iyipple Iyonny, then there was these two youths, one was Rudy, who became Ras Iyuddy, and Foodi, who became Ras Iyoodi, in addition daughta Ruby came by and could not resist the black Iyant, and so she became Iyaughta Iyuby. These are the people who were in the Mountain when Iverstanding was revealed.
When we descended into the valley of Abaca from the mountains, there were some brethren who could easily comprehend the Revelation, and supported it, but there were others who resisted it, because it did not come out of the bible. Elder Negus was one who comprehended it easily, Ras Pidow was also one, Bongo Time, Who became Iyoungo Iyime, Bongo Jack who became Iyoungo Iyak, and many more. I had to just draw reference, to these manifestations, because I have known Elder Negus to be one of the bare foot Ethiopian Warriors, who were stationed in Kingston, Jamaica, in the early days, he was fearless and was always there at the battle front, with other black heart people fighting for the rights of African people everywhere. He has done his work and has done it well, it is time for him to go home, to drink water from the river Nile and other blessed rivers in Mama Africa. Let us see to it, that he goes home. make your contribution to grose@roselawfirm.net or call Grose at 410-727-7555.
Again I send many oceans of blessings, and self determination to African people everywhere.
ONE BLACK LOVE ONE BLACK HEART
Baba Ras Marcus
