Greetings Family, honor and reverence for InI Ancients and Elders:

InI yahnt Ises to the Almighty I for Life and Strength. InI hear of
the sound of the physical passing of Papa Baugh, one of the pioneers
of Ras Tafari repatriation and progress in Shashamane. The works and
glorious history of Papa Baugh "are written in history" and "will be
remembered and revered wherever Africans meet." InI also note the
physical passing of Elder Ras Headful, and know that likewise, he
will be know as one "who refuse to accept the judgment passed upon
them by the colonies", who "held unswervingly through the darkest
hours to a vision of an Africa emancipated from political, economic
and spiritual domination". InI yahnt Ises that the Ivine powers of
His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I the First may bring
joy and assurance in the knowledge of their great "heroic struggle",
and example for InI and succeeding generations for itinual life.
Papa Baugh by his example and pioneering work have help to prepare
the ground and setup basic infrastructure to help facilitate Ras
Tafari repatriation and development in Shashamane.

Elder Negus and Mother Earth departed JA around 5:20pm today. They
will in transit in England for about 4hrs and the leave by BA Flight
667 which will arrive in Addis Abba on Thursday September 30, 2005
at 2:25am (local time). Bongo Rocky will make arrangements for a
welcoming party to meet Elder Negus and Mother Earth at Addis Abba
airport. Elder Negus will then be taken to "Sister Valerie's Place".
Bongo Rocky note that Sister Valerie's Place is the first stop and
Ras Tafari place of rest and nourishment for Ras Ingels on Arrival
in Addis Abba. Elder Ras Negus may likely stay at Sister Valerie's
Place for a couple of days before traveling to Shashamane where he
will be greeted by Congo Rocky and a welcoming party.

On Sunday September 25, 2005 Ras Wayne, Ras Marcus and I contacted
Ras Carver and confirmed the status of Elder Negus and Mother Earth
migration and travel to Ethiopia. As a result of the information
received, it became necessary for InI to communicate and confirm
preparations and arrangements for Elder Negus and Mother Earth's
travel and arrival in Addis Ababa. InI yahnt Ises to the Almighty I
for the strength and support of Brother Karl and Sister Valerie.
Bongo Rocky ites of preparation for arrival through the same
instrumentality of Ras Tafari, and Brother Karl's immediate and
unqualified response to make contact with ones in Addis Ababa to
initiate preparation for the arrival of the ancient patriot is a
true iflection of the Iritical inity and inity of purpose of Ras
Tafari in this Iwah. (Brother Karl noted the passing of Papa Baugh
and changes to the area code for digital phones and land lines in
Shashamane.) InI also contacted Congo Rocky with communication of
Elder Negus and Mother Earth travel arrangement to Ethiopia and
confirm preparations and arrangements for arrival and homecoming.
Following through on this matter, on Monday September 26, 2005 Ras
Marcus and I confirm with Bongo Rocky the time for the arrival of
Elder Negus in Addis Ababa. Bongo Rocky stated that a team for
receiving Elder Negus was in place, transportation in place from
Addis Ababa to Shashamane, first rest and nutrition stop at Sister
Valerie's Place, and other things remain unchanged for Elder Negus
provisional housing arrangements at Papa Baugh's where Elder Negus
will be happy to know the Nyahbinghi Tabernacle, and Congo Rocky and
Mother Baby I are on the same grounds.

The reasoning with Bongo Rocky was prolonged by the will of the
Almighty Jah Rastafari . The joy, excitement and demeanor in Bongo
Rocky's voice as he talked about life in Zion must be noted here.
Bongo Rocky spoke joyfully about how promising and and positive life
is in Zion. His joy could be felt in truth and fact as he tells InI
how healthy, well and happy himself and Queen Mother Baby I is
living in Zion. He spoke of the great LOVE of Ethiopian people for
Ras Tafari and how prayerful and graceful Ethiopians are. The

night seeking knowledge of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile

the knowledge of Ras Tafari, providing teachings to ones coming

calaloo from the seeds, giving calaloo to Ethiopians,
Ethiopians visit Nyahbinghi House often seeking material assistance;
House providing assistance as capable, request for assistance
increasing ;
Ethiopians LOVE Ras Tafari people, re every Ras Tafari person is
call Jamaican by Ethiopians , re Ethiopian and Jamaican people are
truly brothers by blood , as Haile Selassie I the First stated.
Re Planting mangos trees in Shashamane, have lots of pumpkin, lots
of ground food, need pap chow, cucumber, cabbage, and other seeds,
re inity and positive cooperation among all houses and mansions of
Ras Tafari in Shashamane, re ones working in earnestly and
cooperatively to try to build up Ras Tafari collective security and
secure the future for the youths.
re Ethiopian people prayerful, spiritual people, re Beauty of
Ethiopian people, re really happy with life in Zion, re now wearing
Jah crown in Zion,
re supporting and encouraging ones to come forward to Shashamane
now, re encouraging investment, re lots of investment opportunities,
re completion of the Iyahata's Quarters in Shashamane
re need more communication, continuing interest and action on Ras
Tafari works in Shashamane
Ras Marcus and I communicated to Scotts Pass confirmation of the
reasoning with Bongo Rocky and preparation for arrival and reception
of Elder Negus and Mother Earth in Addis Ababa and Shashamane.

InI have received a total of $100 from two ones who have responded
to the efforts and initiatives by Elder Ras Marcus to seek
contribution to provide material assistance for repatriation to
Ethiopia. InI know that its a Gideon Iwah and InI know that ones who
responded will fullup the works in the fullness of the Ivine time of
His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I the First. The fund
raising effort will continue and focus on raising $2,500 in
charitable contributions, over two years, to support the health,
welfare, and resettlement of Elder Negus and Mother Earth in
Shashamane.
