The Law has come from Hashem. There shall be no misconception. It is not hard for me to imagine that some culture prior to Moses and the Isrealites could have thought up some laws similar to the ones in the Torah, as the laws in the Torah are GOOD LAWS TO LIVE BY. You apparantly are one of the naysayers who think that the Torah is plaigarized material. I have nothing more to say about that.
