I already posted the links and excerpts but maybe nuance isn't your strong suit. There is already a Force for Democratic reform on the ground in Uganda, some of their members are about to be tried for treason and probably put to death by Museveni's dictatorial regime. What prevents Museveni, along with the A.U. from convening a mediation?
I also posted a link to the reaction of Ugandans to the proposed U.S. military intervention; most do not see Kony as a clear and present danger; he used to be, but he is no longer; one commentor even suggested that Kony along with Museveni be arrested and tried at the Hague for crimes against humanity as their records are mirror images.
