to study myself?
i try and be introspective, and i want to research idea development more in people throughout history, like for example the Greek ideas (or the Greek interpretations of Egyptian ideas) that influence the English speaking world and its ideas etc.
i basically am interested in everything.
Do you mean I should be studying my families history? like my dads family in Austria and my mothers family history from Czechoslovakia and Norway and Sweden to here?
or i should be looking at European history?
World history from all angles? myths, philosophy, history, economics, evolution hand in hand. because that is what i would love to be studying. I dont even know 1/8 of the greek stuff not to mention norse or germanic odin/wotan stuff or egyptian stuff. china is a mystery, i really dont know anything... i like the haitian vodou and yoruban folkloric stories/mjusic/culture and ancient greece and rome for sure, india also has some fascinating stories, and the mesoamericans too. there's a lot out there. I need to talk more with my dad about stuff from austria
i definitely look at MY history as it has unfolded since i was born, i look at my own personal growths in understanding and consciousness.
