If Rastafari people are to carry the title of Rastafari, then they should be living the teachings of His Majesty Ras Tafari Makonnen. No?
Just as Christians should be living the teachings of Yashua. no?
And Buddhists the teachings of Buddha...no?
Exoterically speaking, the first Rastafari person has to be Ras Tafari HIMself.
Esoterically speaking, Rastafari has no beginning nor end. So there is no "first" nor "last" Rastafari...it has been, is, and always will be.
If Haile Selassie I is the standard bearer for what a Rastafari person is, then why should the principles of Howell usurp those of the Emperor?
Unless you feel His Majesty was in agreement with Howell's 6 principles.
If so, could you provide actual evidence and not mere anecdotal evidence?
