Can America stand to loose another 58,000 men comming out of the Iraqi war? And exactly how many warriors do you think Africa can stand to loose? Idi Amin killed over 500,000 of his own people, and Uganda has not missed a beat.

Those 58,000 you speak of had their mothers begging for the war to end. You already have American families begging Obama to bring the troops home.

You can not compare American casulaties with foriegn nations. North Korea have a million man army. They can loose a thousand troops a day and laugh about it. America can not loose 1,000 troops a day.
