Well I guess this is how the U.S. intends to respond to the claims that they kidnapped the first democratically elected Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide. Is this move an attempt to tarnish President Jean-Bertrand Aristide's reputation? Is this also to make it difficult for him to return as the rightful President of Haiti by trying to force him to remain in exile or face arrest?
