But now that the damn Klan leaader/warlords are getting involved mafia style, the 'people' are going to be getting zilch once again...

What I don't overstand(or rather what there is no overt explanation of on their part) is if the international community is supposed to be oh so concerned(all of a sudden) about Somalia's 'failed state' instability... Why in the heck don't they support or even acknowledge Somaliland?
