And talking the River bad!
I'd also like to draw your attention to the fact that my comments weren't unprovoked; more than once; and while he has been enjoying the hospitality of Africans in Africa, Rasi has come upon this forum to criticize African leaders...
Even sanctioning assassination attempts: http://www.rastafarispeaks.com/cgi-bin/forum/config.pl?read=106021

I think I have a right to voice my opinion - be it in Africa or elsewhere...Regarding Mugabe, as your link to my statement affirms - my question still stands as stated:
"i venture to ask what has mugabe done for the average zimbabwean? while i raspect many of the overtures he makes in his speeches...the average zimbabweans are suffering immensely because of his policies. ive met dozens of them here in my few weeks in southern africa, and it seems tht his propoganda is just that words with inaction"

in respect to the statement i made about Guinea - its highly suspect or you to frame my words to suggest that I was "sanctioning assassination attempt(s)", anyone who is reading my words without presupposing my intentions would clearly see that I meant that if a person, president of otherwise is suspected of ordering the deaths of many people, it would be no surprise if ones tried to do that person harm - full stop.
you are in america...and u criticize obama...does thinking freely and voicing an opinion suppose to end once one reaches the continent?
i voice my opinion, i will say again - opinion regarding mugabe not based on wikipedia or an essay by opposition on the internet but based on discussions with immigrants who are non-political opposition but ordinary folks who have had there informal businesses and homes destroyed during the clean up campaign orchestrated 'allegedly by mugabe.'
the nature of political discourse - as you may note regarding my question/statement about mugabe was 'policy' related - not personal. and you may also not that the question has remained - unanswered.
one thing you may note regarding 'rasi' is that my 'opinion' is not shared under the veil of internet anonymity. my opinion - be they right or wrong are opinions i stand by as Brian/rasi/rasifree. And if ever given the opportunity to ask Mugabe, what are the tangible benefits that the majority of Zimbabweans have as a result of his policies, I most definitely would...and if I see truth in his words and deeds then my current opinion will change.
