Another ploy by big-business to avoid the real cost of human labor? Are the paycheques for these jobs commensurate with employee skill, experience and output? Is this another ploy to skirt the new work visa rules? In all my experience with "Corporate America" the lag has always been on the side of wages and compensation. True to form though, American Corporations never pass up an opportunity to take advantage in a crisis; employees who are at their most vulnerable will have the Corporate boot pressed more deeply into their necks.
