I have recently found myself having to rely on my inner 'automaton' to produce results which I have in the past designated to subordinates; the economy being what it is I've had unfortunately to terminate some members of my staff: My least desirable chore, but it always comes down to personal survival. No longer as energetic as I might have been twenty years ago, I've discovered that my I can manipulate my energy level with music.

It seems that when the will is weak; sound/music is capable of stimulating the sub-conscious or that part of one that works on automatic in order to override the will.
