I apologize, I have been a bit angry because all it looks like here is that non blacks can't be Rastafari, when I know many a white Rastafari some who are even more devoted than my Black Idren. And it dissapoints me that I see my own dissing people because of color. We can not pay back an evil with an evil. That is what they done to us, hate us because we are not white, and not just us, but all other non white persons. And we pay them back with the same thing we call racism when it is toward us.. Yes, I think we deserve more than what we have been given. But I don't agree that an evil for an evil is the right way to go. So many people are confused by this site, I know at least 9 people who have become really discouraged because of the confusions being taught here on this subject. Some people say that a non black person can be a Rastafari, some say no way, never. Then it goes to say well, they can't look at theirselves as white. Well their skin color is white, maybe that person is just learning their livity and they have pale skin and don't know why everyone is judging him so harshly because of his saying he is white. I'm serious. And I know a lot of Black skinned Idren who won't even look at this site because of the lack of overstanding one gets from this message board. It's a great thing, this site it really is, but it could be used for so much more good than it it. The overall site is good, but when you get to this part of it, well, some of these people neeed to be taught some raspect. If you don't like whites or non blacks then just don't speak, that is better than evil for evil. One person in particular that is very difficult for ones to overstand is seshatasefect, probably mispelled, but it's obvious who I am referring to. InI need to be really clear what is being said, because a simple misoverstanding can destroy.

Omne other thing is that, I see all these people mention Bobo's or Nyahbinghi's and I have to say that in Jamaica I have never heard any of these Idren teaching anything that sounds anything like a lot of these people are saying. I overstand people have different views and opinions, but I don't see this in Jamaica, so I would like to know where are all these people residing? I have actually discussed this with other Jamaican Rastafari, not this site, but these issues that are discussed here, and most of them say they don't see a man by his skin color at all but by his heart. And they don't overstand why these things are taught the way they are outside Jamaica. It seems mostly in America is where people are conmcerned with skin color. Why is this? Can anyone tell me? I am originally from America, and moved to Jamaica in the last 8 years. And it really is different in JA than USA. Rastafari in JA are less concerned with skin color than USA Rasta, so why is this?
