"Did you also know that black men who were unrecognised at 56 Hope Road were treated in the same manner so your point is???"......
*do you really think that in the time within the times of Rastafari that Bob lived at Hope rd. that your statement could be seen as true? the only way you can respond to my post is by standing upon Bob Marley's legacy? I think it would be more helpful to you if you would reason from your own mind.
" Have you ever met him? His family? I have reasoned with his Mother, Mother B, Damian, and Kymani, not to brag or boast but what about Bob???".......
*you miss the point. I am glad that you have had the opportunity to talk to them but it is worthless as it relates to this discussion. you could have been talking about how much you love breadfruit for all i know. therefore, its just boasting and hearsay because they are not here to explain their "reasoning" with you. because you have spoken to them does not give you credibility. you should speak from your own free mind to gain that.
one thing that interests me though is that of my entire post the only thing you respond to is the two sentences about Bob Marley. you justify your reasoning of the topic about "white" ras by saying you have "reasoned" with a few in the Marley family. the only way that reasoning would have ANY validity in the context of this reasoning is if you discussed this very same topic of "white" ras. if you had the opportunity to reason with ones in the Marley family why would you discuss the validity of "white" rastas? for some reason you don't reply to the statements put forward to you. would your replies contradict the image you put forth here? Honesty really is the best policy.
"Ras Tafari say we must become members of a new race, overcoming the petty prejudices..."
*what are the "prejudices" that have divided humanity into black and white? by your interpretation of this quote you would call white supremacy "petty"?
......have you seen the gates of Bobo Hill at Bull Bay?
more guidance.
