As one made in the image and likeness of God people even in their fallen state already have power. Gen. 11-6

The born again New Creation will take on the likeness of Christ in the flesh and fulfill , being the image and likeness of God in Christ.

The New Creation is not human / man / woman /black / white / jew / greek , etc.
but a Holy race a Holy Nation !

John 3-3 , born again to "SEE"
John 3-5 , born of water and Spirit to " Enter"

Born of water is not a womans whomb ,,,,
born of water is a renewing the mind thing after being born again of Spirit, it's being washed by the water of the Word,,,,setting aside our agenda and doing things God's way !
Example in Joshua 6 ,,,,
" See " I have given You Jerico , shown in a vision , the end from the begining .
To " Enter " We follow the next set of instructions , Joshua would have fought the battle His own way ,,,,Joshua did as instructed by God to do several things over the next week and " Entered"the victory shown to Him in a vision.
Joseph told Pharoah ,the reason God gave Him the dream twice / two different ways ,,,,was so that He would know it was from God !

Heb.4-2 the word preached was to them of no effect ,,,, not being mixed with faith .
Faith comes from hearing ,,,,,,God talk to YOU personally and when the word is spoken again around You , We get a witness.Luke 24-32

Growing into the Fullness of the stature of Christ Eph.4 , will come upon all ! HE is all and in All .
