Re: Hailé Selassié quote: what do you think?

This is a faith very conscious of history. Your quote of His Majesty is old news to Rastas. I an I who know H.I.M. know He would deny Himself and take up His cross and follow H.I.M. it is prophecy which many people will never overstand Matthew 16:24. The fact that so many people who are not RasTafarians are deeply intrigued with I an I livity is a beautiful thing. Also that many people who are not Rasta want to be acknowledged as so is also interesting. It is truly amusing that others seem to be hell bent on disputing I an I faith with their misconceptions. True Rastas don't change I an I are B.A. Selam ena Feker. Hayl Selasse I naw Feker.
