If you are serious and this letter is not just another distraction on this message board, I have a few words to say to you.

Your letters fill me with much sadness, because I see the depth of your Faith and also your total desperation to flee from "Babylon". Please let me first assure you of LOVE flowing from I to thee, your Queen and your infant. The warmth of LOVE flows from I&I Father JAH and embraces us at all times, whether I&I know it or not. Feel some of that LOVE right now, please.

Now -- regarding REPATRIATION. I&I Rastafari Elders said: "NO REPATRIATION WITHOUT REPARATIONS!" because they knew that returning to Africa and starting a new life will take $$$$$$. They also knew that a place would have to be prepared to receive I&I in Africa, and that also costs $$$$$.

To take a boat and sail out across the sea to Africa from Florida with a woman and infant, is a recipe for either DISASTER or a MIRACLE. Disaster, such as the Cuban and Haitian refugees face, or hopefully a miracle such as Elian Gonzales ... but who wants to endure what he went through before his Miracle?

If you have $$$$, have you thought of re-locating to a more hospitable location? Jamaica or, perhaps US Virgin Islands (lovely, gentle islands), to name but two. You would recover your spirits and not feel so alone. You would also find yourself moving with like minds.

Be careful, my brother, think again about your actions.
