If the I feel obliged to bring cross the message that Selasse is not Christ. So let it be. From my perspective Selasse is the fulness of Christ representing the Father,Son and Spirit. I believe that it is ONE man in different time, manifestation and circumstance.
It is not easy to comprehend the fulness of Selasse. Far more to explain in few Words. So I'll just share a little of my view.
The fact that HIs Majesty follows Jesus, and declares it in the way he did confirms to me, the perfect work of the Trinity. This makes sense to me as a Christian for the Father to confirm the SOn and Spirit, the Son to declare the Father and Spirit, the Spirit also acknowledge the Father and Son. Kinda like how our Mind, Body and Spirit work in One accord. If any one of these 3 parts don't agree then we cannot function properly.
I don't like to make distinctions about our One God but too many so called Christians and Rastas are not even trying to see the fulness of the Trinity. Too many of InI are competing Selasse vs Jesus which totally contradicts the teaching of the Bible and His Majesty. If it is two different man then there would be different Gods but the Bible clarifies this issue.
I wonder if many followers of Jesus ever ponder what is meant in Rev 3:11-13 about HIM returning with a New Name.
I am also forced to wonder if those who claim to follow Haile Selasse but don't see Him as Christ ever consider Rev 5:6 showing the slain Lamb as that same Lion of the Tribe of Judah and Root of David.
