many many of the white rastas in the u.s. are jews by blood. this has been true for 20 years anyway. this joint gets swamped with jeezus-freaks, but what about rasta's heavy jewish vibes?? just as much as rasta is a christian, rasta is a jew. rasta's deep dread attitude is one with the prophets. this is not to deny deeper afrikan roots, for the whole semitic tradition is afrikan in origin. So anyway a lot of jews sight up rasta, and those who don't respect it.
