the media spin on the van jones story is amazing. and people's lack of investigation will only warrant the media to tell the story and cognitive dissonance to set in.

jones signed a petition asking that 9/11 be investigated. then a 9/11 "TRUTH" organization appends several more points to the petition and appends the signatories of the first petition to their petition. you can find the information online - it's not hard, i found it in 5 minutes with a google search.

van jones gives a talk about the lack of attention white males get in the system and relates that to mass shootings like columbine - the media spins it so you only see the snippet where van jones speaks of only white kids involved in mass shootings as if he is making a "racist" statement. that took me another 5 minutes of a google search to figure that one out.

to add insult to injury, no one is standing up for van jones, none of the monied liberals who poured accolades on him when he was in establishment circles. and obama speaking about health care reform only after any threat to corporate profits was taken off the table.

the public pressure is just not there, the dumbing down is too great - can't place all the blame on the administration, unless we submit to the "one man" ideology of messiah/scapegoat.

in one swoop - the inconsistencies of "semi-truth" are being exploited.
