As far as I'm aware the Hutu and Tutsi had been living close by one another for some time without chopping one another up or one being in particular 'on top' of the other. Perhaps my knowledge is incomplete. However, I'm pretty sure that pre-Belgians there was no genocide there, and post-Belgians there was. i.e. Belgians (and Europeans in general) brought genocide to the African continent, not cattle herders.
Horses are not indigenous to North America but it didn't stop Amerindians from riding em and making them central to their culture.
THERE ARE MORE THAN TWO TYPES OF PEOPLE IN THE BLASTED WORLD. All that simplistic reductionism is "Euro-think" in my humble opinion.
BTW have you ever met any Gypsies?
