Qedamawi Haile Selassie was defender of the Ethiopian Orthodox Christian faith, as well as Negus Negast of a Christian dynasty. Therefore, it is no suprise that he followed the bible, and what is contained within it wholeheartedly.
I do know of a Prince Hall Haile Selassie I Masonic Lodge.
Some say that His Majesty was a Mason. I have not seen any evidence to support that though.
