I feel this needs to be said. Rasta is a RELIGION, not a "movement." Well, it IS a movement, but a spiritual one. Saying only Blacks can be Rasta is like saying only WHites can be Christians. It limits the truth in the movement to one race. If you want it to be true than you should include all peoples. Otherwise Jah Rastafari wasn't really the Savior of Man; he is in the Black fantasy world.
I'm not trying to be racist at all. I just hope that White Rastas can some day be accepted by their Black Brederin.
