... about Capleton being banned from GT, seems like Clement Rohee wanted to ban him, but the show may actually have gone ahead... will have to check with my contacts and verify, time permitting... Was supposed to be Capleton, Queen Ifrica (probably my single favourite artist at the moment if I had to pick one)and Natural Black (who is from Guyana). Any1 out there know if it happened?
Clement Rohee is a Guyana gov't minister and outspoken fan of torture (he calls it "roughing up suspects" not torture)... haven't heard of him chaging his stance since his own cousin was kicked to death by Guyana police... and not while being arrested either, it was after HE had gone to the police station to make a complaint to THEM...
