Re: White Rastas, what r your feelings on this?

old school dont always mean right.tradition isnt always good.

"Moreover, comparing Blacks with Native Americans is an obviously flawed argument. NATIVE AMERICANS GOT REPARATIONS FOR THEIR PLIGHT. They are in constant negotiations. They have received restitution for their persecution (genocide), for slave labor, enough cash for not only survivors but for humanitarian aid and the like. It did not require successive generations to try to make their plight a palatable "mainstream" issue. The Black (American) plight and the Native American one are in no wise comparable in that respect"

empress bantu kelani, you have been terrably misimformed. The native american struggle continues today.we have recieved what money? my people live in horrible conditions and poverty on reservations "reserved" on desert lands that the white man didnt want. This is an active modern day colony we live in.

but im not tryin to compare wounds here.my point is.. if someone says their rasta and they are white ofcourse you have reason to be suspecious. i mean why would any "white" wanna be rasta. but look at his/her heart and his/her individual works, livity, perspective etc. before you judge him/her and write him/her off.Nazzerites come in all shapes, sizes, and colors.

as for the hispanics being racist towards blacks. i can tell you that im not.neither are most.did de i know Ernesto Che Guevara forwarded to the Congo to help them in thier fight?he was south american. seen?

racism is something embedded into a childs brain AFTER birth. if your family, enviornment etc. talk down on blacks/hispanics/natives then u will think this is right. but ini both no its wrong.

Bless...
