Sorry Ms. Rootswoman, this message isn't really for you. Just posting where I finally understood how to get a post through.

Is is just as racist to force me to deny my european and indian blood as it is to deny my african blood.
I am tired of trying to please monoracial darker people. If they can be proud to be dark complected--I can also be proud to be lighter complected. Why should I be ashamed. I did nothing wrong.
I received the best of many worlds (black, white, indian)throught no fault of my own. I will be just as proud of my darker mother as I am my lighter father. I love them both and refuse to deny who I am to please darker or whiter people.
Black + white=gray (or a mixture of several colors). We can't redefine reality to suit our personal agendas! I am not white, black or indian, I was formed as a result of a mixture of several races. I am multiracial. And I should have the right to be just as proud of myself as any monoracial white or darker black person. Thank you very much...
In CHRIST
