Would someone remind me what the Basques have contributed to the advancement of humanity one more time?
In a previous post someone recommended toxoplasmosis as an explanation for the prevalance of RhCE in western europeans and on the surface it is a reasonable explanation; except, Gorillas are herbivores and predominantly RhCE. So whereas toxoplasmosis might explain selection it does not explain origin.
