Who does this technology benefit?

The US and Israelis could be using this technology to set up any government or person that stands in the way of their imperialistic agenda. If they haven't already it wouldn't surprise me to find out that's the intention. The article states unlikeliness of the average criminal fabricating DNA evidence so who does that leave to utilize this information? It really does fit the US and Israeli dirty minded modus operandi.
