Two letters, the remaining one the rest,
And five are mates;..."

The sacred name has nine letters with four syllables.

It has five mates/mutes (consonants).

The first three syllables have two letters and the last (4th one) has three.

So the pattern would be:

CV CV CV CVC

If the "first" is meant as "last" (as it is said that the first shall be last) then the pattern would be:

CVC CV CV CV

If this is the case then it can be said that JAH revealed to Noah a clue about his secret and sacred name:

RAS TA FA RI !!!

I may be wrong but at least no one has come up with a satisfactory solution to the oracle quote.
