"If the Rt. Honor Marcus Mosiah Garvey's vision regarding repatriation were fulfilled, would you consider those repatriated Africans western implants. Idren in Ghana or Ethiopia who have repatraited recently-would you consider them western implants as well? "

When I say 'western implants", I am speaking more politically and culturally. Americo-liberians have been ruling politically in Liberia since it's inception. These people usually have an infinity for American culture and polytricks. Some of the places there were modeled after American cities.

We cant act as if Liberia began with the western creation. There were people on the land prior to that.

Afrikans in the West that repatriate forward to the Afrikan continent are considered diasporic Afrikans. They differ culturally but are still of Afrikan stock.

So no I would not call them western implants. More like Afrikans from the west/diaspora.
