A world where there is not some people boasting that they are worth 90, or 43, or 19 or more billions dollars or pounds in wealth, while millions of people are hungry and homeless all over this earth. She must be talking about a world where they are closing down prisons, and building more schools, instead of closing down libraries and schools and building more prisons.
