the way to reach the heart of the heartless is through succeeding generations because the children of the 'most heartless' can either keep or dismiss the rhetorical ethics of their elders. there are many example here of "robber baron's" children creating and maintaining endowments for the poor.

therefore the 'most heartless' elders are pursuing fascism in order to assure their young the privilege of a clean gene pool. democracy will be shortlived in amorica, no thanks to eugenics.
