Yes but thank goodness that the majority of them in the "whole world" are not perpetrating sensitivity such as the naysayers on this board.
I would much rather deal with an "honest" devil (an oxymoron, I admit) than an "undercover" devil who would have the hoodwinked african believe that they are actually FOR him/her rather than against.
