She should have said "most of Africa's *present-day* *political* leaders, as in heads of state not founders of community organisations". There, are you happy now?
I would hope that you would allow her to speak for herself. If an individual cannot provide factual analysis which highlights specific instances where "most" of the leaders whom are identified as PIGS , then you should not use such words as AFRICAN, LEADER, and PIG in the same sentence.
