All Rasta must be Christian in the same breath, for to accept Ras Tafari as your divine God and King, you must accept that he is Jesus Christ and that Jesus Christ was your divine God and King-to-come. An aspect that many seem to overlook, however, is that it was PAUL who decided that to be Christian that you didn't have to be "Jewish". Burn that. Now I'm not saying "Jewish" as in Hebrew, meaning that in order to be Christian, you have to have a Hebrew mother. What I'm saying is that you can't (fully)accept Christ if you diss Moses (to disobey the Laws that Moses so painstaikingly relayed to us through Hashem). So yes, I called myself Israelite, then I saw the light in the teachings of the Son, Most High Jesus of Nazareth I- so I proudly came to call myself a Christian. Now I have seen the glory of the Word, the Son of Hashem once again as His Imperial Majesty Emporer Haile Selassie I the First and the Last, Alpha and Omega, Negus Negast, Defender of the Faith, Light of this World, Prince of Peace, Conquering Lion of Judah, Lord of Lords, SON OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD OF ABRAHAM ISAAC AND JACOB, JAH RAS TAFARI- so now I call myself a RASTAMAN.
