"Thatcher: SA, EG meeting off"

Johannesburg - A meeting between South African investigators and a delegation from Equatorial Guinea to discuss a probe into a failed plot to topple the regime in Malabo has been cancelled, a spokesperson said on Sunday.

The state prosecutors from Malabo were due to sit down on Monday in Pretoria with their counterparts investigating the coup conspiracy against President Teodoro Obiang Nguema, who has ruled the oil-rich country for 25 years.
