Sis Naphtali, I recently had a friend go into one of these hospitals for mentally ill. They have the people on all these different kinds on medications, I asked the nurse about Cannabis as a medication in the ward. She thought I was crazy but I feel sure that proper use of the herb, and some Rasta Reasoning could greatly help some of these people.Mark
