Re: Give thanks Sis. Naphtali
In Response To: Give thanks Sis. Naphtali ()

Give thanks bredren,
nurses are highly valued. As you might guess, I am a nurse also! lol. Make sure you contact NOI = Nurses of Israel, which are a dedicated group of nurses who are not only freely providing health care for the people of Shashemane, but are also raising funds for a health centre in Shashe. I can't remember the http link, but if you put Nurses of Israel into your search engine, it should bring up the link. I work in psychiatric nursing, as a senior nurse ("charge nurse"), and I notice that there is a University in Gondar, ET, which trains doctors and nurses, and also instructs the students in psychiatric medicine and nursing. Besides my clinical work, I also train nursing students when they do their hospital practice, so I am hoping I will be able to work with that University in some capacity. Having been in the nursing field for some time, I can guarantee that nurses will NEVER be short of employment, and mostly, you can call the shots due to the world-wide shortage of nurses. Whatever the sacrifice entailed in doing university or further study, it is definately worth it! I was 9 months pregnant with my 3rd child while at college, and 9 months pregnant with my 5th child during my final exams for nursing at University. I give thanks to Jah that he enabled me to endure all to get through. He will never give us more than we can bear, so I truly encourage the I to study nursing, it is an invaluable skill to take to the land. I am happy to give the I further information on nursing, and I am sure the sistren and bredren in NOI would feel the same. Jah bless, Bro Melchizedek and Queen,
Sis Naphtali
