Re: Read St.James on works
In Response To: Read St.James on works ()

Greetings an Give thanks fi yuh rasponse Iyah..but I must fully disagree wid di man, seen. Firstly, while Jesus was pon di cross, an saw a man who only had time fi faith, since he was hanging there with Christ unable to come down off di tree. He was hanging there for theifing an murder. He was nuh deh fi good works, nor could he be able to do dem while hanging deh, nuh true?
Please Iyah, no disraspeck, seen,? but me humbly ask di I to kansider di gospel of ST.LUKE. please read di scrips ch.23, verses 39-43. so clearly di man had done no works, but only relinquished him self,an him life which was bout to expire, to Jesus..yeah, dat how easy it was fi him who committed nuff sin, to find iternal salvation, yuh see me?
Give thanks on di advice to read St. James. But when I read di bible, I find no CONtradiction in any ting dat Paul seh, or wha James seh. Faith wid out works is dead!!! BUT WID OUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE JAH JAH..NO MATTER HOW MANY WORKS YUH DO!!! sight HEBREWS CH 11 VERSE 6. IF yuh read di whole chapter 11 yuh will find dat it begins wid a discussion of wha faith really is, an how (v6) INI mus absolutely beleif pon HIM, to be saved...it nuh matter if me offer a sacrafice of good works, wid out faith it is impossible to please God.
Give thanks Bredrin..let I know wha yuh tink
in His Love
kaya I
