Yes indeed, the food which we eat nourishes our structure and sustain us to be active in various ways of life including transforming our substance into blood or sperm where neccessary. Sometimes our blood is good and sometimes it is bad, that is why they take blood test at the hospitals, for some people put things into their structure which should not be put in there. You just cannot deny, that every fruit on a fruit tree does not comes to maturity, some of the blossoms fall off the tree to the ground, and some of the fruits also fall of the tree and never come to maturity, some of them stick around for a while and then becomes fluxy. This is what I have seen with my eyes, over the many years since I am living upon the face of this earth.
But the topic of this reasoning is really about putting down our sisters while they are in the midst of the struggle for the liberation of African people everywhere, is that something which we should do as brothers, who claim ourselves to be African liberators?
Should we encourage the subordination of our sisters while they are active in the midst of the liberation struggle for African people everywhere?
Take the best care of yourself and your people.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
ONE BLACK HEART ONE BLACK LOVE.
Baba Ras Marcus.
