Well, Kween, I may become a "ditto head" with you. AMAZING.
I personally advocate the use of aloe vera THE PLANT as medicinal both externally and internally. Some years ago my mother had 3 leasions in her duodenum, one was 6 cms long. We used organic aloe vera Juice for a month plus vitamin A and E on an empty stomach...all gone within the month. The surgeon who obviously wanted to cut her open to check for cancer wouldn't believe it.
For everyone, aloevera, picked straight off the plant is brilliant for minor burns as it takes out the heat and heals the skin. I highly recommend it for the face and hands as an astringent after washing and it stops wrinkles.
They are so easy to grow, like light and heat but not direct sunlight on the leaves as it looses its luscious greenness.
It is a wonder plant and I always have some growing inside for easy reach.
