For bone health:
Do not smoke, drink alcohol or colas
Do not use antacids
Avoid meat, you weren't meant to be a meat sack.
Get plenty of Vitamin D and exercise.
To reduce inflammation:
I believe I mentioned this a few years back; Aloe Vera. A small piece of the gelatinous substance under the green skin of the plant works wonders. I'm not talking about the extract I'm speaking about the actual plant, it takes some getting used to. For the weak minded, blending with OJ or some other fruit juice wouldn't hurt. This is ancestral wisdom you can take it or leave it.
